Jacquard snorted as he entered the Cavern. He looked at Sahara and smiled breifly "We must hurry......I do not trust Lyra.......". He side stepped closer to her and murmured softly "Are you ready?"

Jacquard reared up and whinnied gently. When they were finished he stood at the entrance of the cave and looked back at his beautiful mate "We may need to fight........whatever that thing is that has invaded my territory". He nuzzled her and smiled "I will protect you my angel, my only"
